Daniel McSwiggan Esq.

Daniel J. McSwiggan is a member of the Trusts and Estates Department and co-chair of the Practice Development Committee at Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP, where he counsels individuals on estate, tax, and financial planning matters. He is a past chair of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Estate Planning. Mr. McSwiggan received his B.A. degree in 1977 from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree in 1983 from New York Law School. He has served on the Gruber Trustee Advisory Board since 2004.
