Cornelius Prior Esq.

Cornelius B. Prior, Jr. is the chairman of Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc., a $420 million public telecommunications company that he co-founded in 1987. He is a director and former chairman of Caribbean Association of National Telecommunication Organizations (CANTO); a member of the Executive Committee of Caribbean Central American Action (CCAA); chairman of the (St. Thomas) Forum, and former president of the Eastern Rural Telephone Association (ERTA). Mr. Prior is a graduate and former trustee of Holy Cross College, and graduate and former member of the Visiting Committee to the Harvard Law School. He was also a Naval Officer and a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Mr. Prior has served on the Gruber Trustee Advisory Board since 2001.
